Qualifications

• 3+ years of collision management experience.
• Valid driver's license and eligibility for company insurance.
• Must be 21 years of age or older.
• Experience with CCC1 software and collision estimatics.
• Ability to follow written and verbal instructions.

Responsibilities

• Oversee center operations including risk management and administration.
• Recruit, develop, and retain qualified teammates.
• Monitor financial performance and identify trends from monthly metrics.
• Ensure repairs are thorough, safe, and profitable per SOPs.
• Lead production and customer service excellence.
