Job summary

Caliber Collision is seeking a Collision General Manager to oversee the center's operations, risk, and staff development. You will drive client metrics, production, and administration while ensuring repairs meet SOPs and insurer standards.

The role includes recruiting and retaining top teammates and reviewing monthly financials to spot opportunities. Based in Richmond, the GM will lead a team to deliver safe, thorough, and profitable repairs, with potential earnings up to $95,000 per year and

Qualifications

• 3+ years of Collision Management Experience.
• Must have a valid driver’s license and be eligible for coverage under our company insurance policy.
• Must be 21 years of age or older.

Responsibilities

• Oversee the center operations, risk management, teammate development, client metrics, production and administration.
• Recruit, recognize, and retain talented teammates; monitor financial performance and identify trends.
• Ensure teammates repair vehicles thoroughly, safely and profitably per SOP and insurer guidelines.
