Job summary

Caliber Collision has an immediate opening for a Collision General Manager to oversee center operations, risk management, teammate development, client metrics, and production. You will recruit and retain talent, monitor financial performance, and ensure safe, thorough, profitable repairs per SOPs and industry guidelines.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of Collision Management Experience
• Must have a valid driver’s license and be eligible for coverage under our company insurance policy
• Must be 21 years of age or older
• Advanced understanding of Collision Estimatics
• Prior experience with CCC1
• Understanding of repair processes and procedures
• Ability to understand written and verbal instructions
• Ability to prioritize multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment
• Ability to provide personable customer service
• Ability to perform physical activity (lifting up to 50 lbs)
