Job summary

B Street Collision is seeking a Regional Shop Manager to oversee multiple collision centers and develop high-performing Shop Managers on the shop floor.

This role focuses on growing production, profitability, and quality across locations, with frequent travel between shops. You will hire, coach, and retain leaders, drive KPIs, and support new openings as we scale, in a hands-on leadership style.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of multi-location leadership or senior operations experience in collision repair, automotive, dealership operations, or a related field.
• Real experience leading leaders, not just managing employees.
• The ability to coach underperformers while recognizing and dev your top performers.
• Strong communication and people leadership skills.
• Willingness to travel regularly between locations.
• A valid driver's license.

Responsibilities

• Hire, lead, coach, and develop multiple Shop Managers
• Drive production, process, profitability, and quality across several locations
• Spend the majority of your time in the shops, building a team that can run a process and solving problems in real time
• Create accountability through consistent coaching and follow-up
• Track and act on KPIs – financial performance, cycle time, quality, production
• Partner with Office Managers and Shop Managers to deliver a seamless experience for customers and employees
• Recruit, hire, mentor, and retain top-performing leaders
• Spot opportunities to improve efficiency, consistency, and profitability
• Uphold company policy and safety standards across every location
• Support new store openings, acquisitions, and leadership transitions as we scale
• Build a culture where people are engaged, challenged, and developed
