Job summary

Caliber Collision in Ypsilanti is seeking a Regional Manager to oversee all-purpose duties across the assigned Region, directing center operations, production and administration, and ensuring world-class customer service.

The role emphasizes leading General Managers, maintaining performance standards, identifying growth opportunities, and building strong relationships with acquisition targets while upholding Caliber SOPs and safety guidelines.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of technical experience in collision repair or estimating.
• Previous leadership experience required.
• Must have a valid driver’s license and be eligible for coverage under our company insurance policy.

Responsibilities

• Direct and lead Center operations (production and administrative) of the assigned Region.
• Establish and maintain goals and standards for performance, growth and world class customer service.
• Identify potential acquisition and brownfield targets and recruit qualified candidates; establish a regional talent pipeline.
• Ensure centers repair vehicles thoroughly, safely, and profitably per Caliber SOPs, insurance partners and industry guidelines.
