Job summary

MPW Services in Jacksonville, FL (Macclenny) seeks an Operations Manager to coordinate and control multiple branch locations, driving growth within defined geographic parameters and leading the regional management and safety teams.

You will drive regional sales, manage pricing and product strategy, and oversee P&L and budgeting, while shaping IT strategy with a focus on safety and compliance (DOT, OSHA). Travel 60–100 overnights annually is required.

Qualifications

• 8 years of management and P&L experience required.
• Proven ability to lead regional teams and drive growth.
• Strong business acumen and strategic planning skills.
• Excellent organizational and communication abilities.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and control multiple branch locations within geographic scope.
• Establish and meet sales goals; manage pricing and product strategy.
• Ensure compliance with DOT, OSHA, and environmental regulations; lead safety meetings.
• Oversee training, HR processes, and employee relations within FEM.
• Manage budget, capital expenditure, and long-term strategic planning.
