Job summary

MPW Industrial Services is seeking a Regional Manager to coordinate and control multiple branch locations and drive growth within defined geographic parameters.

The role reports to Regional Management and Safety Teams and requires leadership across training, quality standards, customer service, and IT strategy, while ensuring DOT, OSHA and environmental compliance.

Qualifications

• Business Degree or equivalent experience preferred.
• 8 years of management and P&L experience.
• Strong business acumen.
• Strong organization and planning skills.
• Industrial experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and control multiple branch locations within geographic parameters.
• Lead monthly safety committee meetings and enforce DOT, Environmental Compliance and OSHA standards.
• Establish and maintain training, quality, customer service standards and IT strategy.
• Manage regional sales, pricing and product management to meet sales goals.
• Oversee P&L, budget adherence, capital outlay and strategic planning.
• Manage HR operations including talent acquisition, retention, workload, training, succession planning and employee relations.

Job Function

This position is responsible for the coordination and control of multiple branch locations. This person will be called upon to grow and develop business within company defined geographic parameters.

Essential Functions

• This position is a member of the Regional Management and Safety Teams and is expected to support and comply with company policies and to cultivate the MPW culture.
• Position will establish and follow safety rules and regulations including but not limited to DOT, Environmental Compliance and OSHA. Lead monthly safety committee meetings.
• Position is responsible for management duties, including, but not limited to establishing and maintaining training standards, quality standards, customer service standards and IT strategy.
• Position is responsible for establishing and meeting sales goals by managing regional sales team, pricing, and product management.
• Position is responsible for P&L oversight, meeting budget, capital outlay, and strategic planning goals.
• Manages general human resources operations within FEM (including, but not limited to: talent acquisition, retention, personnel workflow, training and development, succession planning, and employee relations.

Additional Responsibilities

• Due to the nature of the business as a 24/7 service company, non-traditional availability may be required as a regular part of the job.
• Travel to various MPW and customer sites as needed. (60 to 100 overnights required annually)
• Becomes “expert” on full range of MPW product offerings in order to cross sell business units, adapt and share best practices.
