MPW Industrial Service Group is seeking an Operations Manager to lead daily plant operations with a focus on safety, quality, efficiency, and cost control. You will provide hands-on leadership to operational teams, support customer and production needs, and partner with the Plant Manager to achieve performance goals.

Your role emphasizes customer focus, professionalism, and continuous improvement, with a strong bias toward safety and regulatory compliance across all shifts and hours.

Qualifications

• Experience in operations leadership and supervising teams.
• Familiarity with safety, quality, and cost-control objectives.
• Proficient in communicating across all organizational levels.

Responsibilities

• Lead daily plant operations to ensure safe, efficient, high-quality performance.
• Supervise Team Leads, Technicians, and shifts with clear direction.
• Train and develop staff to strengthen capabilities and performance.
• Monitor production output against standards and identify improvement opportunities.
• Maintain and use BI dashboards and reports to track metrics and drive improvement.
• Coordinate staffing and scheduling to meet customer and production needs.
• Support payroll activities and maintain operational documentation.
• Contribute to recruiting, performance reviews, and disciplinary actions as needed.
• Ensure health, safety, environmental, and LMS requirements are followed.
• Assist Plant Manager to meet production, safety, quality, and cost targets.
