Job summary

Socket.dev is seeking a Regional Office General Manager to lead the Philadelphia-area office, overseeing operations, sales and administrative teams to drive efficiency, growth and profitability in line with MEI standards.

The role requires a Bachelor’s degree in Business, Project or Construction Management and a minimum of seven years of operations and financial management experience, including budgeting, job costing and P&L responsibility.

Qualifications

• 7+ years general operations management experience in construction or manufacturing.
• 7+ years financial experience including job costing and profit & loss for a contained operation/business unit.
• Highly developed skill in organizational development, personnel management, budget and resource development, and strategic planning.

Responsibilities

• Lead regional office operations, sales and administrative staff and drive effectiveness.
• Oversee budgeting, accounts receivable & payable, job costing, assets and profitability.
• Coach and mentor sales and operations leadership; participate in bids and pricing.
• Hire, coach, train and manage performance of staff; provide oversight and support.
• Travel locally for client site meetings and management of dispatched crews.
• Report to the COO and collaborate with the C-suite.
