Job summary

MEI Industrial Solutions is seeking a General Manager for the Philadelphia Regional Office in Morrisville, PA. The role oversees regional operations, sales and administrative staff, with accountability for budgeting, financial performance and safety culture.

The General Manager will partner with the corporate office, lead financial and operational initiatives, and coach teams to drive growth and profitability while ensuring project delivery and regional market expansion.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Project or Construction Management or related field.
• 7+ years proven general operations management experience in construction/manufacturing or related industry.
• 7+ years proven financial experience including budgets, P&L, job costing for a unit or operation.

Responsibilities

• Provide leadership and vision to ensure Regional Office growth and financial strength.
• Manage regional operations, sales and administrative staff with accountability for short- and long-term goals.
• Coach, mentor and develop sales and operations leadership and administrative teams.
• Collaborate with corporate office on budgeting, AR/AP, assets and profitability.
