Job summary

T&M Associates in Bethlehem, PA seeks an experienced MEP Regional Manager to build and lead a local MEP team, oversee daily engineering workload, and ensure high-quality project execution.

You will drive market strategy, branding, and growth in Pennsylvania by networking with clients, pursuing development opportunities, and coordinating mechanical, electrical, plumbing, and fire protection disciplines.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering.
• PE license is required.
• 15+ years of progressive experience in their technical field required.
• Thorough knowledge and interpretation of industry standards and code compliance.
• Experience with client management and/or business development efforts is essential.
• Background in technical proposal development.
• Self-motivated, focused, and dedicated to leading a team to deliver solutions for our clients.
• Ability to interact with all levels of employees across multiple disciplines.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
