Job summary

Bramco Group is seeking a Regional Manager for the Stanville, KY area. The role oversees corporate activities in the designated region, participating in sales, product support, and customer relationship activities while protecting corporate assets and developing personnel.

The position requires strong leadership, customer relationship skills, and experience in the heavy equipment sector. Travel up to 25% and a day shift are expected as part of regional responsibilities.

Qualifications

• High school diploma/equivalent; 4-year degree preferred.
• Minimum 5 years of supervisory/leadership experience in the heavy equipment industry.
• Personable, a problem solver, self-motivated, reliable and ethical.
• Proficiency in written and oral communication.
• Experience managing all aspects of a business with P&L knowledge.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and CRM Series.
• Willingness to overnight for product training or company business.
• Must pass background check, employment physical, and drug screen.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain relationships with customers in the region's support area.
• Be supportive of the machine sales process; assist sales with customer development and conflict resolution; integrate local sales into the branch team.
• Support rental activity in the trade area; coordinate with rental management.
• Seek out and support new business opportunities in the region; act as brand ambassador.
• Oversee day-to-day operations of the parts and service departments in the trade area.
• Plan and evaluate branch operations to be cost efficient.
• Care for corporate assets including machines, parts inventories, vehicles, tools and the facility; assist the credit department as required.
• Review KPI's and present monthly regional reports to executives.
