Job summary

The Bramco Group is seeking a PM Coordinator to lead the daily activities of the Preventive Maintenance division across a defined region. You will coordinate field work, manage work orders, and ensure accurate CRM and reporting.

Based at our Memphis facility, this full-time role requires travel up to 25% and a practical background in repair/maintenance operations. You will collaborate with technicians, planners, and customers to keep maintenance programs on schedule.

Qualifications

• Experience in repair/maintenance field or shop management preferred.
• Approximately 5+ years in utility/contracting/mining equipment industry; 2+ years college preferred.
• Positive, team player, problem solver, self-starter with strong integrity and communication.
• Proficient with basic computer tools (MS Office, Lotus Notes, DOS).
• Willingness to travel overnight for training or business.

Responsibilities

• Schedule and coordinate PM division jobs.
• Open and close PM-related work orders.
• Review and approve PM technicians' service reports.
• Review and update CRM data.
• Enter oil sample data.
• Conduct various technical research.
