Mobile Modular Management Corporation in the Midwest region is seeking a Regional Operations Manager to oversee 3 branches across up to 9 states. You will lead a small team handling logistics, contracts, billing, and vendor relations while providing strategic oversight and hands-on support in a fast-paced, growth-oriented environment.

• 5+ years in a management role.
• Ability to travel up to 50%.
• Strong communication and leadership skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead logistics, customer service, contracts, billing, receiving, accounts payable, purchase orders, and project coordination.
• Understand and manage to a P&L and operating performance.
• Collaborate with Sales, Inventory Center, and production staff daily to support clients and the company.
• Develop relationships with key customers and resolve disputes.
• Negotiate contracts with internal and external customers.
• Develop best-practice strategies for branches and mentor staff.
