Job summary

Mobile Modular Management Corporation seeks a Regional Operations Manager for our Midwest region, supporting up to 3 branches and operating in up to 9 states. You will guide logistics, contracts, billing, and project coordination, while mentoring a small operations team and working with sales and production to grow market share.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in a management role.
• Ability to travel between branches up to 50%.

Responsibilities

• Lead operational efforts across logistics, customer service, contracts, billing, purchasing and project coordination.
• Understand and manage to a P&L.
• Collaborate with Sales, Inventory Center, and production staff to support clients and the company.
• Develop relationships with key customers and resolve disputes.
• Participate in contract negotiations with internal and external parties.
• Identify and implement best practices for branches.
• Mentor and train operations staff; support their growth.
