Qualifications

• 7+ years of experience in operations or field services.
• 5+ years in natural gas compression industry or related field.
• Leadership experience overseeing multiple teams and budgets.
• Strong communication and problem-solving abilities.

Responsibilities

• Provides strategic leadership and operational oversight for compression rental fleet activities in the region.
• Drives safety KPIs and leads behavior-based safety initiatives.
• Oversees day-to-day regional operations, field maintenance, and customer communication.
• Monitors KPIs, analyzes safety, quality, and financial performance.
• Manages regional budgets and cost control while maintaining service quality.
• Builds customer relationships and resolves escalated issues promptly.
• Collaborates with sales to support growth and equipment delivery.
• Mentors regional personnel and implements training programs.
• Coordinates supervisors and optimizes resource utilization.
• Reports regional performance to senior management and communicates across teams.
