Qualifications

• Ability to travel up to 75%.

Responsibilities

• Lead field technicians and lead technicians; manage safety and service standards.
• Prepare and manage budgets; allocate resources across assigned area.
• Hire, coach, and evaluate staff; drive performance and development.
• Maintain strong customer relationships and field communication.
• Collaborate with Sales for field opportunities and improvements.
