Their services include compressor equipment, preventive maintenance, field service, repairs, troubleshooting, and ongoing operational support across customer locations. They are looking to add an experienced Regional Operations Manager to their team!

Responsibilities:
- Provides strategic leadership and operational oversight for compression rental fleet activities across an assigned region
- Champions the safety culture of the region by driving leading-indicator KPIs and supporting behavior-based safety initiatives
- Oversees day-to-day regional operations, including field service maintenance practices, headcount optimization, service quality, and customer communication
- Monitors and analyzes key performance indicators and operational metrics related to safety, service quality, equipment maintenance, financial performance, and customer satisfaction
- Develops and manages regional budgets while ensuring operational expenses remain within established targets
- Conducts regular reviews of financial performance, including cost analysis, budget performance, and profitability assessments
- Implements cost-control initiatives while maintaining service quality, equipment reliability, and customer satisfaction
- Builds and maintains strong relationships with customers, ensuring effective communication, reliable service delivery, and timely resolution of issues
- Handles escalated customer concerns, operational issues, and quality incidents in a timely and professional manner
- Collaborates with sales teams to support business growth by ensuring timely and efficient equipment delivery, maintenance, and customer service
- Leads, mentors, and develops regional operations personnel, providing coaching, training, and opportunities for professional growth
- Implements and supports training programs covering equipment operation, safety procedures, customer service and operational best practices
- Coordinates the schedules and activities of supervisors and provides leadership and direction to management personnel throughout the assigned region
- Optimizes operational performance by ensuring effective utilization of personnel, equipment, materials, and other resources
- Provides regular reports to senior management regarding regional performance, KPIs, budget status, customer concerns, and operational challenges
- Ensures effective communication between teams, areas, supervisors, and senior management to improve transparency and operational workflow
- Participates in root cause analysis and corrective action activities related to safety, quality, equipment, and operational issues
- Ensures equipment is properly maintained, clean, safe, and in excellent working condition
- Represents the company directly with customers, providing technical and operational expertise and developing solutions to customer needs
- Handles escalated customer issues and quality incident reports while ensuring appropriate corrective actions are implemented
- Measures and communicates team performance against established metrics and develops action plans for improvement where warranted
Qualifications:
- Strong leadership, coaching, and team management skills
- Strong customer service and interpersonal skills with the ability to effectively manage customer relationships and escalations
- Strong organizational, planning, scheduling, and process-management skills
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities with a demonstrated ability to make data-driven decisions
- Strong mechanical aptitude and technical understanding of compression equipment and field service operations
- Strong background in budget management, financial analysis, and operational cost control
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including the ability to communicate technical information effectively
- Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite, including Word, Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint
Requirements:
- Minimum of 7 years of experience in operations or field services
- Minimum of 5 years of experience within the natural gas compression industry
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in an operations leadership role
- Proven experience leading multiple teams, supervisors, or operational areas
- Demonstrated experience managing budgets, operational expenses, and financial performance
- Experience with planning, scheduling, resource allocation, and field service operations
- Experience managing customer relationships and resolving escalated operational or service issues
- Experience implementing process improvements and driving operational efficiency
- Preferred academic or technical education in a related field
- Valid driver's license with satisfactory driving record
- Willingness and ability to travel throughout the assigned region to visit customer locations, field sites, and operational areas
- Ability to lift up to 80 pounds and safely climb ladders, stairs, and access equipment as required
