Qualifications

• 7+ years of experience in operations or field services related business.
• 5+ years of compression related experience.
• 5+ years of experience in an operations leadership role.
• Proficient using Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint) and PC skills.
• Strong organizational, planning and scheduling, process management and negotiation skills.
• Strong background in budget management and financial analysis.
• Strong analytical abilities, mechanical aptitude and problem-solving skills.
• Strong writing skills with technical subject matter and oral communication skills.
• Valid Driver’s License with satisfactory driving record.

Responsibilities

• Champions safety culture in the region by driving KPIs and safety initiatives.
• Oversee day-to-day regional operations including field service maintenance and headcount optimization.
• Monitor KPIs and operational metrics to meet safety, service quality, and financial goals.
• Manage regional budgets, controlling expenses while maximizing efficiency.
• Conduct regular reviews of financial performance and profitability.
• Build and maintain relationships with clients and ensure timely issue resolution.
• Collaborate with sales to support growth and efficient equipment delivery.
• Ensure compliance with company policies and local regulations.
• Lead, mentor, and develop regional operations staff; provide training.
• Provide regular reports to senior management on performance and challenges.
