Job summary

Estis Management Llc is seeking a Regional Operations Manager to oversee compression rental fleet operations across the assigned region in Wisconsin. You will lead maintenance, optimize resources, and ensure safe, cost-effective service delivery while meeting customer expectations and regulatory standards.

You will manage budgets, analyze performance, coach regional teams, and collaborate with sales to drive growth.

Qualifications

7+ years of experience in operations or field services related business.
5+ years of compression related experience.
5+ years of experience in an operations leadership role.
Proven customer service, interpersonal, coaching and leadership skills.
Strong budgeting and financial analysis background.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Responsibilities

Oversee day-to-day regional compression fleet operations and field service maintenance.
Be responsible for headcount optimization, service quality, and customer communication.
Monitor KPIs and budgets to ensure safety, service quality, and profitability.
Drive cost-control measures while maintaining service standards.
Build client relationships and ensure timely equipment delivery and issue resolution.
Collaborate with sales teams to support regional growth and efficient service delivery.
Lead and develop regional staff, provide training and performance feedback.
Report regional performance to senior management with key metrics and challenges.
