Job summary

You will oversee preventive maintenance, repairs, scheduling, budgeting, and customer relationships, travel extensively, coach teams, and drive operational efficiency while upholding health, safety, and environmental standards.

Responsibilities

• Provides leadership and operational oversight for field service activities in the geographic area.
• Champions health, safety, environmental and service policies and continuous improvement.
• Oversees overall performance, value creation, and profitability for the area.
• Manages preventive maintenance, call-out, repair and field service delivery.
• Coordinates deployment of equipment, materials, and personnel to job sites.
• Plans and schedules field service activities to optimize resources and minimize downtime.
• Represents the company with customers, providing technical and operational expertise.
• Builds strong customer relationships and identifies service improvements.
• Measures team performance and develops improvement plans.
• Coordinates work across teams to optimize resources and reduce downtime.
• Evaluates direct reports and supports development opportunities.
• Assists with area budgets and monitors operational costs.
• Participates in management reviews and action plans for performance.
• Oversees inventory management to ensure parts and materials availability.
• Ensures field activities comply with safety, health and environmental requirements.
