Job summary

You will travel regularly to client sites, manage staffing, training, and scope changes, and partner with clients and leadership to deliver outstanding service.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of leadership experience leading teams and operations.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
• Proven ability to manage client-facing operations and budgets.

Responsibilities

• Own full contract performance across multiple client sites.
• Communicate proactively with clients and management, including updates and scope changes.
• Build a culture of accountability and service excellence across the team.
• Solve problems at the root and build lasting processes.
• Lead staff management: recruiting, hiring, training, coaching, reviews, and terminations.
• Run monthly quality control inspections and track improvements to closure.
• Manage supply inventory, ordering, and vendor relationships.
• Deliver corporate training programs including safety certifications.
• Support new contract startups with staffing and onboarding.
• Travel regularly to client locations within the region.
