Qualifications

• 5-10 years of experience in a related field or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Janitorial/Facilities experience highly preferred.
• May be required to have a valid driver’s license.

Responsibilities

• Direct and implement company policy to ensure compliance with contract responsibilities.
• Expand business within strategic accounts / clients and negotiate increases with customers.
• Lead operations through subordinate managers to meet customer contractual expectations and exceed service standards.
• Provide training and development for subordinate managers; maintain a safe work environment with safety programs.
• Lead special projects and events for the client; propose innovations to ensure continued growth.
