Job summary

City Wide Facility Solutions is seeking a Director of Operations to oversee janitorial and facility services delivery, leading a team of Facility Services Managers and driving client satisfaction. You will manage budgets, revenue targets, and cross-functional initiatives across the Operations Department.

Ideal candidates bring 5+ years of management in operations, strong leadership and communication skills, and a track record of building relationships with customers and vendors while sustaining

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience.
• 5+ years of management experience in operations and account management.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite.
• Working knowledge of CRM systems.
• Experience developing and managing departmental budgets.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Oversee and develop a team of Facility Services Managers (FSMs).
• Collaborate to align operational priorities and service standards.
• Achieve revenue and profit targets while controlling expenses.
• Hire, train, and develop operational staff.
• Maintain strong client relationships and 90%+ retention.
• Support cross-selling into non-janitorial services.
• Lead weekly field work and backfill FSM duties as needed.
