Job summary

Legacy Maintenance Services, LLC is seeking a results-driven operations leader to oversee facilities across a defined territory, ensuring safe, efficient cleaning programs, quality assurance, and cost control while maintaining strong client relations.

You will plan staffing, manage labor and budget targets, develop SOPs, train teams, and report performance to clients and management, coordinating with regulators to ensure compliance and continuous improvement.

Qualifications

• 5 years of experience in commercial cleaning.
• Experience managing multiple sites is highly preferred.
• Attention to detail and strong organizational skills.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
• Willingness to travel and valid driver’s license.

Responsibilities

• Oversee policies and cost-effective staffing across territory.
• Plan and implement operational strategy to meet safety, timelines, and budgets.
• Coordinate with management, staff, customers, and regulators for safety training and compliance.
• Actively engages in and facilitates new startups within territory.
• Ensure accurate and timely reporting of labor hours and maintain records.
