Job summary

Burlington Stores, Inc. is seeking a Store Manager to lead a busy multi-million-dollar operation. You will drive sales, guide a diverse team, and uphold Burlington’s values while ensuring excellent guest service and operational excellence.

You will oversee hiring, training, and performance, manage schedules and budgets, and partner with district leadership to execute company standards and strategies at this Burlington location.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of Retail Management experience in a Big Box or Specialty environment.
• Ability to work a flexible schedule, including early mornings, nights, weekends and holidays.
• Ability to lift and move boxes weighing up to 40 lbs.
• Experience utilizing scheduling and reporting software.

Responsibilities

• Direct management and oversight of Assistant Managers, Supervisors, and Store Associates to ensure policy and initiative adherence.
• Collaborate with Assistant Store Manager, Merchandising and Operations to coordinate merchandise placement, promotions and inventory accuracy.
• Manage multi-million-dollar sales volume and expense budgets, including reporting and record-keeping.
• Recruit, screen and hire associates; provide onboarding, coaching and development.
• Oversee payroll budget, scheduling, and workforce management; communicate with district and regional teams.
