Burlington Stores, Inc. is seeking a District Manager to lead several multi-million-dollar stores, drive sales, and ensure operational excellence. You will manage expenses, payroll, merchandising, loss prevention, and supervision of Store Managers across a district.

You will drive change, set clear expectations, and cultivate a results-driven culture focused on key drivers for success while adhering to Burlington’s values.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience required.
• 7+ years of Retail Management experience.
• Experience with Microsoft Office and scheduling/reporting software.
• Travel is required to all markets within designated district.

Responsibilities

• Lead multi-site stores to maximize sales and gross margin.
• Oversee HR practices, security, and store compliance.
• Coach store managers and associates to hit KPIs.
• Manage expenses and payroll budgets.
• Coordinate new store openings and closings.
