Insurance Office of America (IOA) is seeking a Regional Director of Operations for Commercial Lines to lead operations management across the sub-Region/Region. The role focuses on budgeting, performance management, policy implementation, and collaboration with producers and branch teams.

The ideal candidate will drive strategic plans, oversee financials, and promote IOA culture while traveling to branch operations to ensure service excellence and policy adherence.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of industry experience with deep, wide-ranging industry knowledge.
• 3+ years of management experience.
• All required active licensing.
• Outstanding people management, communication, and negotiation skills.
• Proficiency in MS Office (Outlook, Word, Excel).
• High School Diploma (or equivalent).

Responsibilities

• Drive short and mid-term strategic plans to achieve goals.
• Manage sub-Region/Region P&L, control costs, and achieve financial goals.
• Understand and manage the annual budget.
• Communicate vision/mission aligned with IOA.
• Build and manage a qualified operations team.
• Participate in recruitment and evaluate merger/acquisition opportunities.
• Ensure compliance with HR processes and policies.
• Establish and monitor productivity, efficiency, quality, and service standards.
