Qualifikationen

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, or related field required or preferred.
• Proven leadership in operations management or supervisory roles.
• Experience launching or scaling a satellite/branch office is highly desirable.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Willingness to travel regionally.

• Oversee day-to-day satellite office operations to maximize efficiency and adherence to policies.
• Develop and manage weekly team schedules for seamless coverage.
• Serve as operational liaison with the Central Office and regional stakeholders.
• Drive initiatives, optimize processes, and resolve regional challenges proactively.
• Recruit, train, and supervise regional staff to foster performance and growth.
