Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in accounting or equivalent with 15+ years of accounting/operations experience.
• CPA designation or MBA preferred.
• Demonstrated finance leadership with systems analytics and delivering commercial outcomes.
• Strong communication and analytical skills to translate financial data for non-financial stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Participate in Region Leadership Team to drive Americas high performance.
• Advise on key commercial/financial factors for informed decisions.
• Monitor risks and mitigate to optimize performance.
• Deliver insights from financial reports and KPIs for stakeholders.
• Present results and improvement opportunities to various audiences.
• Drive working capital through timely invoicing and debt collection oversight.
• Support year-end audits and budgeting/reforecasts with business partners.
• Lead and develop the Finance team to partner with stakeholders.
