Job summary

Inframark is seeking an Operations Manager to act as the on-site integration point for an assigned office or sub-region, coordinating cross-functional execution across Project Management, Applications Engineering, and Field Service.

You will monitor KPIs, manage risks, and partner with regional leadership to ensure safe, timely, profitable delivery while maintaining a strong customer and employee experience.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree and strong experience in project-based operations and cross-functional leadership.
• 8-10 years of progressive experience in the automation industry and field service functions.
• Minimum of 5 years experience in the water and wastewater industry preferred.
• Ability to read and interpret engineering plans and specifications is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary local integration point across Project Management, Applications Engineering, Field Service, and other supporting functions.
• Monitor office/sub-regional operational KPIs including project health, backlog, capacity, schedule performance, profitability trends, customer issues, quality, and other operational measures.
• Partner with regional leadership to communicate project health, risks, challenges, and opportunities.
• Develop and maintain relationships with customers to support sales activities and customer satisfaction.
• Identify risks and opportunities and escalate significant items to leadership as needed.
• Lead cross-functional capacity planning and resource prioritization discussions.
• Drive cross-selling and repeat customer project sales through project managers and service teams.
• Oversee recruitment, performance management, and employee relations for direct reports.
