Job summary

Inframark is seeking an Operations Manager to serve as the on-site operational integrator for an assigned office or sub-region. You will coordinate cross-functional execution, monitor portfolio health, and escalate risks while aligning local priorities with regional strategy.

Responsibilities

Serve as the primary local integration point across PM, Applications Engineering, and Field Service.
Monitor operational KPIs and identify risks/opportunities.
Engage with customers to maintain relationships and support sales activities.
Monitor portfolio-level risks and coordinate with regional leadership for action.
Lead cross-functional capacity discussions and resource prioritization.
Develop and sustain SOPs, workflows, and process standards for consistency.
