Job summary

Inframark is seeking an Operations Manager to act as the on-site operational integrator for a sub-region. You will coordinate cross-functional execution, monitor portfolio health, align resources, and escalate risks.

You will oversee Project Management, Applications Engineering, and Field Service to ensure safe, timely, profitable delivery and a strong customer and employee experience. The role requires 8–10 years in automation and 5+ years in water/wastewater, with a Bachelor's degree.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree preferred; equivalent combination of education and experience considered.
• Strong experience in project-based operations and financial management.
• 8-10 years in automation industry and field service.
• 5+ years in water/wastewater industry preferred.
• Ability to read and interpret engineering plans and specs preferred.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary local integration point across PM, Applications Engineering, Field Service.
• Monitor KPIs: project health, backlog, capacity, schedule, profitability, and issues.
• Lead portfolio reviews with PMs and leaders to manage risks and opportunities.
• Engage with customers to build relationships, resolve issues, and support sales.
• Monitor financial and execution risks across projects and escalate as needed.
• Drive cross-functional coordination to improve throughput and execution quality.
• Lead recruitment, onboarding, performance management for direct reports.
• Direct office processes to improve throughput and accuracy.
