Job summary

Inframark is seeking an Operations Manager to serve as the on-site operations integrator for a designated office in Bartow, FL. You will translate regional strategy into local priorities, oversee Project Management, Applications Engineering, and Field Service, and partner with PMO, Manufacturing, Procurement, and Engineering.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree preferred.
• 8-10 years in the automation industry and field service functions.
• Minimum of 5 years experience in the water and wastewater industry preferred.
• Ability to read and interpret engineering plans and specifications is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary local integration point across Project Management, Applications Engineering, Field Service, and other functions.
• Monitor office/sub-regional KPIs: project health, backlog, capacity, schedule, profitability; identify risks and opportunities.
• Support regional leadership reviews on project health, risks, challenges, and opportunities.
• Engage with customers to establish relationships, resolve issues, and support sales activities.
• Monitor portfolio-level risks across projects; escalate significant risks to leadership.
