Inframark LLC in Johnson City, TN, is seeking an experienced Operations Manager to act as the on-site integration lead, translating regional strategy into local priorities and overseeing Project Management, Applications Engineering, and Field Service.

The role partners with PMO, Manufacturing, Procurement, Engineering, and other leaders to support safe, timely, profitable delivery and a strong customer and employee experience.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary local integration point across PM, Applications Engineering, Field Service, and other functions, resolving cross-functional issues.
• Monitor office/sub-regional operational KPIs and identify risks and improvement opportunities.
• Engage with customers to establish relationships and support sales activities.
• Monitor portfolio-level financial and execution risks and elevate significant issues to leadership.
• Lead portfolio and project health reviews and coordinate cross-functional support.
• Drive cross-selling and repeat customer project opportunities with service teams.
• Direct recruitment, onboarding, and performance management for direct reports.
