Job summary

Inframark LLC is seeking an experienced Operations Manager to serve as the on-site operational integrator for an assigned office or sub-region. You will coordinate cross-functional execution, monitor portfolio health, align resources, and escalate operational risks to regional leadership.

You will partner with PMO, Manufacturing, Procurement, Engineering, and other leaders to support safe, timely, profitable delivery and a strong customer and employee experience.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business, Construction Management, Operations Management, or related field.
• 8–10 years of progressive experience in the automation industry and field service functions.
• Minimum 5 years experience in the water and wastewater industry preferred.
• Ability to read and interpret engineering plans and specifications is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary local integration point across Project Management, Applications Engineering, Field Service, and other functions.
• Monitor KPIs like project health, backlog, capacity, schedule, profitability trends, and customer issues.
• Support regional leadership reviews to communicate project health, risks, and opportunities.
• Engage with customers to establish relationships, resolve issues, and support sales.
• Monitor portfolio risks and escalate significant issues to RVP and leaders.
• Lead portfolio health reviews with PMs and functional leaders to address risks.
• Ensure delivery performance and resolve cross-functional barriers impacting schedule, cost, or quality.
• Monitor portfolio profitability and drive adherence to scope, cost, and change order management.
• Identify supply risks and coordinate with Supply Chain and Manufacturing to resolve constraints.
• Champion safety, professionalism, quality, timeliness, and operational discipline.
