Job summary

Inframark LLC is seeking an Operations Manager to act as the on-site operational integrator for an assigned office or sub-region. You will coordinate cross-functional execution, monitor portfolio health, and align resources to deliver safe, timely, and profitable projects while supporting a strong customer and employee experience.

Responsibilities include leading cross-functional teams, tracking KPIs, and engaging with customers to resolve issues and support sales efforts.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent in a related field.
• Strong experience in project-based operations and cross-functional leadership.
• 5+ years in water and wastewater preferred.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary local integration point across PM, Applications Engineering, Field Service, and other functions.
• Monitor KPIs: project health, backlog, capacity, schedule, profitability, customer issues, quality.
• Engage with customers to establish relationships and support sales activities.
• Monitor portfolio-level risks and elevate significant issues to leadership.
• Lead portfolio and project health reviews with PMs and leaders to address risks.
