Job summary

Westlake Royal Roofing and Stone Solutions seeks a Sr. Account Executive, Builder - Florida to cultivate, convert and retain national and regional builder accounts for roofing and stone sales in the eastern region of the US.

This role targets key builder relationships in Florida, coordinating with production, credit, product management and supply chain to drive growth and value-based selling, with up to 50% travel and residency in Florida preferred.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience.
• Minimum of 5 years of relevant work experience in building products.
• Ability to negotiate pricing with accounts in multiple markets.
• Project management skills.
• Analytical, financial and data driven.
• MS Office and Salesforce CRM suite proficient.

Responsibilities

• Provide external support to account managers to meet new customer and sales budget goals while supporting divisional strategy and objectives.
• Manage key builder relationships within the Florida Market with builders, architects and designers.
• Act as liaison between departments to manage escalation and issue resolution.
• Maintain, develop, and improve account relationships with multiple local sales teams.
• Maintain accurate client records and update stakeholders on contracts and rebates.
• Develop sales strategy to capture increased market share in the territory.
• Sell premium products on value vs. pricing and upsell/cross-sell.
• Meet regularly with team to discuss progress and identify opportunities.
• Travel primarily within Florida and coordinate with Territory/Regional Managers.
