Job summary

Amazon is seeking an Operations Manager to lead a team of salaried and hourly personnel, ensuring safety, quality, and timely customer deliveries. You will drive improvements through data-driven decisions, mentor staff, and manage cross-functional collaboration across Safety, Engineering, and HR.

You will work across First mile, Middle mile, and Last mile workflows, with responsibilities expanding as sites open and expand.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of employee and performance management experience.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent, or 2+ years of Amazon experience.
• Work a flexible schedule/shift/work area, including weekends, nights, and/or holidays.

Responsibilities

• Support, mentor, and motivate your salaried and hourly workforce.
• Lead large-scope projects with site and regional impact.
• Build and execute productivity plans through forecast reviews and load balancing.
• Manage safety, quality, productivity, and customer delivery promises.
• Collaborate with Safety, Engineering, Loss Prevention, Quality Assurance, HR to meet objectives.
