Job summary

Career Team, a leading workforce development organization, seeks a Regional Director of Operations to oversee a region and expand to additional cities as the organization grows. The role is remote but requires travel to designated projects.

You will lead day-to-day operations, ensure compliance with policies and funding requirements, manage local Executive Directors, and develop funding contacts. The ideal candidate has executive-level experience, strong strategic development skills, and ability

Qualifications

• Bachelor Degree is required.
• Five years minimum managing systems, processes and people.
• Executive-level strategic development experience preferred.
• Willingness to travel regionally.

Responsibilities

• Oversees all operations to include successful implementation of workforce operations, policies, procedures, quality assurance, and financial initiatives.
• Develops and maintains contact with current and potential funding sources and with local/state leaders.
• Ensures locations comply with client/funding source, regulatory requirements, and corporate policies.
• Ensures quality service in line with laws and standards and participates in quality improvement.
• supervisor of local Executive Directors
• Approves bid/contract development and submission as needed
• Ensures implementation of corporate initiatives and directives
• Other duties and projects as needed
