Eurest in Charleston, SC, is seeking a District Manager for the Eastern Region. You will oversee a Corporate Dining account with multiple locations, lead Directors of Dining Services and Executive Chefs, and ensure operational excellence, client satisfaction, and strong financial performance.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree preferred.
• Five to seven years of contract foodservice management experience.
• Experience leading multiple locations within a large corporate dining account.
• Strong client relationship management skills and executive presence.
• Proven ability to lead, coach, and develop high-performing teams.
• Strong financial acumen, including P&L management, budgeting, forecasting, and cost controls.
• Experience managing high-volume foodservice, catering, and hospitality operations.
• Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills.
• Multi-unit leadership experience with responsibility for both operational and financial results.

Responsibilities

• Oversee the overall financial performance of multiple locations within a single corporate dining account to ensure profitability and operational success.
• Build and maintain strong client relationships while serving as the primary point of contact for strategic initiatives, business reviews, and escalations.
• Ensure consistent execution of company policies, procedures, and personnel practices across all locations.
• Lead, coach, and develop Directors of Dining Services, Executive Chefs, and unit leadership teams to achieve operational and service excellence.
• Manage budgeting, forecasting, financial reporting, and business planning for the account.
• Drive food quality, safety, hospitality standards, and customer satisfaction across all locations.
• Partner with clients and internal stakeholders to identify opportunities for growth, innovation, and enhanced service delivery.
• Ensure compliance with all company, client, regulatory, and food safety standards.
