Eurest in Charlotte, NC is seeking an Executive Chef, SR for Corporate Dining to lead culinary operations, menu development, and cost controls. You will manage staff, ensure safety and sanitation, and drive excellence in board meals, catering and dining services across corporate sites. This role requires strong leadership and a track record in high-volume kitchens.

The ideal candidate will bring culinary degree, ServSafe and a strategic mindset to deliver world-class meals.

Qualifications

• Culinary degree preferred.
• Three to five years of progressive culinary or kitchen management experience.
• Experience planning and managing catering events from a culinary perspective.
• Strong leadership and the desire to work with an industry leader.
• Knowledge of food trends, sanitation, cost controls and presentation.
• Proficient with MS Office, email and Internet.
• Able to communicate at management, departmental, customer and staff levels.
• ServSafe Certification preferred.

Responsibilities

• Develops high culinary standards for retail, board meals, dining and catering operations.
• Trains, develops and provides inspirational leadership to the local culinary team.
• Leads CSR, food seasonality, health/wellness and quality culinary arts on campus.
• Analyzes performance and trends and leads improvements in the operation.
• Understands daily menu items and can explain them accurately to customers.
