Job summary

Qualifications

• Graduate degree in economics, finance, accounting or public administration and at least 1 year of professional experience in budget or financial analysis.
• Baccalaureate degree with 3 years of relevant experience in budgeting, accounting or fiscal management.
• Structured knowledge in management analysis, program evaluation or organizational research.

Responsibilities

• Provide quantitative analysis using management systems (UTS, Spear, DOBIC, Business Barometer) and other databases.
• Support depot management by supplying data/reports to improve resources and operations.
• Liaise with Business Service Center for payroll, FMLA, procurement, invoice audits, and payments.
• Audit processes, reconcile headcount, transfer, overtime, and pay hour variances.

Education

Master’s degree in economics, finance, accounting, business or public administration

Master’s degree in human resources management, management science, operations research, organizational behavior, industrial psychology, statistics

Baccalaureate degree plus 3 years of experience in budget or financial administration or related areas

Baccalaureate degree plus 2 years of experience in related areas

Associate degree or 60 semester credits

High school diploma with 6 years of experience
