This position is critical to the success of the Depot's operations. The analyst will report to the General Superintendent, Support Services and will be responsible for various important tasks such as utilizing various management systems UTS, Spear, DOBIC, Business Barometer and other databases to provide quantitative analysis to support management's goals and objectives.
Provide support to depot management by providing data/reports to assist in improving depot resources. Liaison with the Business Service Center (BSC) for all matters related to payroll, FMLA, procurement, invoice audits, payments and approvals. Contribute to the improvement of Employee Availability by tracking long-term absences. Audit depot processes to ensure compliance with internal controls. Reconcile employee headcount, transfer, overtime usage and pay hour variances. Assume all administrative responsibilities in the absence of the General Superintendent, Support Services.
Based on evaluation of education, skills, experience, interview, and written assessment. All selected candidates will be subject to a full background investigation that includes employment and education. Discrepancies may lead to dismissal.
