Job summary

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Gather, validate, and maintain data and transaction inputs.
• Enter transactions in PeopleSoft and service request tools.
• Provide customer service and resolve inquiries.

• Support cross-team documentation and process improvements.
• Maintain knowledge of HRIS processes and KPIs.
