Responsibilities

• Analyze operational and administrative processes and recommend improvements to increase efficiency and effectiveness.
• Support leadership: Assist SVP and Operations Planning units with daily operations.
• Manage executive meetings; liaise with upper management and Office of the NYCT President.
• Prepare reports, dashboards, presentations, and analytical summaries for management.
• Track project milestones, deliverables, and follow-up actions to ensure timely completion.
• Oversee office logistics: petty cash, equipment, facility maintenance.
• Perform additional duties as assigned with high integrity and attention to detail.
