Job summary

BRITE Bus is seeking an RMS Assistant Regional Manager in Augusta Springs, VA to support the Regional Manager in day-to-day operations, dispatching, and compliance across the region. The role emphasizes execution, coordination, monitoring, and follow-through to maintain service continuity and safety standards.

The ARM may assume delegated responsibilities in the Regional Manager’s absence and will work within Operations, reporting to the Regional Manager.

Qualifications

• Operational coordination abilities.

• Experience in transportation operations or dispatch.

Responsibilities

• Support Regional Manager in daily operational activities across the region.
• Verify routes are started as scheduled to ensure service continuity.
• Assist with offsite visits, spot checks, and driver inspections as directed.
• Support scheduling, timekeeping, and payroll tasks as delegated.
• Participate in audits, inspections, and compliance reviews as needed.
