Responsibilities

• Lead regional Managers to drive growth and adoption of Adecco practices across colleagues, candidates, associates, clients and delivery.
• Recruit, develop, and motivate Managers; train new Managers and coach team performance.
• Conduct timely performance evaluations and create development plans for staff.
• Establish and maintain high-level client relationships; manage SLA targets and drive profitable growth.
• Develop scalable processes and measure productivity, quality of service, and client outcomes; partner with growth, sales, and implementation teams.
• Oversee monthly performance, KPI analyses and budget-adherence; ensure financial impact and P&L growth.
