Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in business or related field or equivalent experience.
• Minimum five years of leadership/managerial experience in service provider industry.
• Experience managing large onsite portfolios and driving sales, service, and growth.

Responsibilities

• Provide leadership to regional Managers and ensure adoption of Adecco’s practices across colleague, candidate, associate, client, and delivery.
• Recruit, develop, and motivate Managers to ensure sales and service growth.
• Conduct performance evaluations and develop staff.
• Establish and maintain rapport with key clients and cultivate C-level relationships.
• Drive growth through process improvements, productivity metrics, and quality service.
• Oversee budgeting, KPI analysis, and monthly performance impacting P&L.
