Job summary

Adecco Group is seeking an Associate Director to lead Onsites and branches within a specified geography, with accountability for growth, profitability, and KPI delivery. You will guide Managers, develop regional strategy, and strengthen client partnerships to expand share of wallet and improve outcomes for candidates and associates.

The role emphasizes leadership, strategic planning, and collaboration with Growth Operations and other teams to ensure superior client experiences and results.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in business or related field.
• Minimum of five years leadership/managerial experience in a service-provider context.
• Experience managing large onsite portfolios.

Responsibilities

• Provide leadership to regional Managers and ensure adoption of the company philosophy across colleagues, candidates, associates, clients, and delivery.
• Recruit, develop, and motivate Managers to drive sales and service growth.
• Coach managers on team management, conduct performance evaluations, and develop staff.
• Ensure SLA targets and client requirements are met; build and maintain client relationships at C-level.
• Develop and implement strategies to drive profitable sales growth and improve process efficiencies.
• Audit Onsite and Branch activities to ensure optimal service levels and compliance.
